  • Reservation Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposits made. We reserve the right to cancel reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if you fail to arrive at the designated time.

  • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order and issue a full or partial refund depending on the stage of preparation. Orders that have already been prepared or delivered cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds: We will issue a full or partial refund for cancelled reservations and orders depending on the circumstances. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

  • Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or engages in disruptive behavior.

  • Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the latest version of our policy.
